Bread from the Barrel Originalspelt

This bread was awarded gold at the Swiss Bakery Trophy. A dark bread with original spelt flour from Stockengut in Kilchberg, just two miles from our ovens. The maturing of the dough for 24 hours in oak barrels develops an incomparable aroma.
